Saint Joseph School

Stewardship and Development Committee

At St. Joseph School, every student deserves a safe, inspiring environment where they can grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have been able to enhance our school programs, classrooms, and athletic fields – and we are just getting started.

The Diocese of San Jose Pastoral Plan, following the 2023 Synod, outlines strategic objectives in six areas: Youth, Young Adults, Worship, Outreach, Lifelong Faith Formation, Family Ministry and Structural Renewal. It also proposes increased parish-school collaboration through an integration committee.

The St. Joseph School Stewardship and Development Committee accepted this direction as its chief initiative in April 2025. In its role is to support financial stability, advance education, religious values, athletics and community participation, the Committee works to secure funding for academic programs, scholarships, staff development, facilities, and extracurricular activities. It develops funding and outreach initiatives and facilitates relationships among donors, the school and the Diocese.
