Day Break offers socialization and recreation activities to elderly, frail adults who are experiencing memory loss, while providing their caregivers with some time for a break.

There are immediate openings at Day Break I located at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in the Evergreen area of San Jose, Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm. Contact Fran Kiernan at (408) 270-4900 for more information.

There are also openings at the new Day Break III at 535 Old San Francisco Road, Sunnyvale.
