The parishes in Deanery 2 (Northern Deanery) are participating in a project to bring children, throughout the state of California, and their incarcerated Moms together for a visit this coming Mother’s Day, May 13th. These children are cared for by relatives, often grandparents, who are unable to make the drive to the prisons due to expense.

We will be collecting donations this weekend to help bring these children and their Moms together. Organizers of “Get On The Bus” are grateful for any help we can give them. Make checks out to St Nicholas Church and on the “memo” line write GOTB.
